We from Spark Productions, are looking for a Head of Commercial Operations (32 hours). As the HCO, your main responsibility is optimizing our commercial processes and driving the company's growth. Our client portfolio consists of high-end brands, so we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable in the luxury segment, has plenty of (life and work) experience and understands the demands that come with working for such exclusive clients.
Based in Amsterdam and Paris, Spark Productions redefines luxury production through precision, innovation and sustainability. You enjoy crafting and implementing commercial strategies, both short- and long-term, and take ownership of the full journey: from first contact to lasting partnership. Achieving ambitious goals energizes you, even when the stakes are high. You love being out there – attending events, meeting people, and growing the Spark network face-to-face.
Building trust comes naturally, through thoughtful follow-ups, spotting potential, and showing up where it counts. You’ll work closely with the owner to strengthen and scale Spark’s commercial approach. Fast-paced and creative environments suit you, especially where initiative, flexibility, and momentum are key.
As an individual, you have 10+ years of experience in a Sr commercial role in the Fashion or beauty industry. You have a bachelor degree in Business administration, Marketing or a related field and a track record of hands-on customer acquisition and network expansion. Your charismatic and inspiring personality is balanced by your ability to maintain composure when needed. Possessing excellent communication skills (English and preferably French speaking), and a quick problem-solving ability.
