Medior Producer

Do you love bringing flawlessly executed photo and video shoots to life? Are you the kind of producer who always thinks two steps ahead? And would you like to do it all for leading fashion and lifestyle brands, from a canal-side office in Amsterdam?

We, from Spark Productions, are looking for a Mr Producer (36 hours). In this role your main responsibility is to produce jaw-dropping and perfectly organized shoots on Mr level. Our client portfolio consists of high-end and luxury brands, so we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable in the luxury segment, has plenty of (life and work) experience and understands the demands that come with working for such exclusive clients and crew.

You are

A proactive, hands-on producer with 3–5 years of experience in photo and/or film production. Calm under pressure and naturally organized, you thrive in the fast-paced organization. You take ownership of your productions from briefing to wrap, managing budgets, timelines, teams and output with confidence and little guidance.

Client contact comes naturally – you enjoy being the visible face of Spark on set, on calls, and in the field. With a keen eye for detail and a structured approach, you keep projects moving, even across borders and tight deadlines. You know how to cast, budget, and solve challenges independently. And you build strong relationships with agencies, freelancers and suppliers, always strengthening the Spark network.

You offer

• A solid background in production, with 3–5 years of hands-on experience;
• Proven ability to independently manage photo or film shoots (production management);
• Confidence in client-facing roles; and stakeholder management;
• The skills to create budgets and control costs with little support;
• Strong planning and communication skills across teams and timelines;
• Experience with international productions and the logistics that come with them;
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to stay composed under pressure;
• Fluency in English; French is a strong plus;
• Flexibility to travel internationally for shoots and events.
